A full set of Neck Protector Clips are included. These simply attach to the wine rack, preventing the bottle from scratching. This modular wine rack can also be very easily connected to other wine racks with a set of connector clips.

Note:
- The dimensions of each hole are 95.5x95.5 mm, so it will fit most of the bottles, but unfortunately, it will not fit all bottles in the market. If your bottle is larger or wider, then it will likely not fit.
- Custom-built implies you may choose the dimensions of the rack. You cannot order racks of smaller dimensions (for example 1x1 configuration) and piece them together manually.
- 1x1 configuration means a wine rack of 1 bottle width and 1 bottle height. Some customers misunderstood this and purchased the 1x1 racks to build the wine racks themselves.

Assembly shouldn't be too difficult and is manageable for most customers. If you're a confident flat-pack builder, you may want to get the un-assembled version at a lower cost than the pre-assembled one.

Yes, you can use 4 connector clips to connect two units (1x9 and 1x8) together, which will allow you to build a 1x18 wine rack (135W x 1750H mm).

We purchased a custom built wine rack, rustic hardwood finish and pre-assembled. we had it made to fit into one of our cupboards. It was so easy to customise it and the service was fantastic. Great product. But would recommend other buyers paying the extra $100 for pre assembly.
I found this to be a very well made if somewhat tricky unit to assemble (partly due to needing to trim slightly to fit my location).
The only complaint I have with the unit is the unfinished ends for the timber rails the bottles sit on.
Where the finish on the sides was perfect the visible end of the wood was unfinished timber and would be a much better result if these were also stained to match the sides of the timber.
I ordered a pre-assembled 120 bottle timber wine rack in rustic hardwood and it arrived within a week, and was very well packaged so was in perfect condition on arrival. Its perfect for my needs and I felt like I got a good deal - would recommend.
This wine rack fits perfectly in our basement and it's easy to assemble, has a classic look and holds 110 bottles.
